“Our partnership with Biometric Signature ID has significantly secured and strengthened our online learning environment which has benefited our students, faculty and entire college district. The solution and support provided by BSI has exceeded our expectations and we have only scratched the surface as to how we can utilize this technology.”

Dr. Tom Cleary, Alamo Colleges

“I was very impressed with the staff at Biometric Signature ID. It was refreshing to find a company that believed in their product so whole heartedly, and wanted you to believe as well. With their fast response times and complete follow through on any issue arose I can honestly say they offered me one of the most solid customer support experiences I have had in my 20 plus years of development.”

Michael Spellman, Application Developer, The Mohegan Tribe

“I am delighted Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary is the first seminary to use BioSig-ID in our Distance Education courses. From my initial introduction to BioSig-ID, I knew this was what BMATS was looking for to assure student identity in its online courses. As Director of Distance Learning, I have just completed our summer pilot program utilizing BioSig-ID in the courses. The session went extremely well. We had good and positive results testing BioSig-ID. Teachers enjoyed great ease of inserting BioSig at significant points in their courses. The students had no problems utilizing the BioSig-ID process to complete their assignments. Currently I am training up our entire staff and faculty on the use of BioSig-ID as we come to full blown use for the fall semester. I applaud your company’s personal service-some of the best customer service I have experienced. You have assisted us as we need – even anticipating some of our needs – and have made our transition to BioSig-ID without difficulty.”

Tony Cleaver, Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary

“SOWELA Technical Community College has adopted the use of BioSig-ID software as a means to authenticate the identity of students enrolled in hybrid and online classes. Biometric Signature ID has worked very closely with SOWELA to customize the software for use with our learning management system, and the robust reporting tools allow us to track usage, validations, and even any invalidations that might occur. The implementation of BioSig-ID has allowed us to meet federal authentication guidelines for students enrolled in our distance education courses.”

Dr. Charles Nwankwo, Chief Information Resources Technology Officer, SOWELA Technical Community College

“Working with BioSig-ID exceeded my expectations. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had with an IT solution provider in my professional career. They’ve provided us with excellent support and services and were engaged all the time when we had questions or issues. Even the time zone difference in Europe was no barrier for successful collaboration.”

Bogdan Skof, CIO, DOBA Faculty of Applied Business and Social Studies

“A user name and password simply permits access so anyone can log in on behalf of the student. BioSig-ID technology allows us to ensure the student who registered for the course is the same student who is trying to access exams; participating in groups, quizzes, and chat rooms; and checking in for attendance or other gradable events. BioSig-ID does not require students to purchase any special hardware or software as they can log in using their existing mouse or finger pad. This was important for our students, many who are military personnel. An additional benefit is the extensive reporting tool providing the ability to uncover suspicious behaviors that can identify possible academic dishonesty.”

Dr. Dana L. Watson, Deputy Chancellor, Academic and Student Services, Central Texas College

“The use of biosignatures is a significant leap forward not only in security, but in the ease of use and customer acceptance category. Since users do not require any additional hardware or software, they can continue to access their accounts using basically the same process they have been accustomed to for over a decade, and that should translate into a high rate of user acceptance and satisfaction. This is an especially exciting breakthrough for the community banks and credit unions.”
