If you encounter a security or network error preventing you from using BioSig-ID™ then this page might help you resolve some of them, or you will need to reach out to your IT-department for a solution.

If the secure connection fails, then your system is either blocking the connection or it did not automatically upgrade to the new root-certificates published in November 2019, and on May 30th, 2020, the USERStore Root Certificate expired. The new one is valid till 2028, but might require manual installation. Please install the USERTrust RSA Certification Authority root-certificate to manually update your system.
